Refund Policy
INTRODUCTION:
At 2Scale, our clients’ satisfaction stands paramount. We understand the importance of trust, flexibility, and clarity in our dealings, and our refund policy is designed to uphold these principles. Below are the specifics of our refund guidelines:
FULL REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY:
- Clients are entitled to request a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, no questions asked.
- The refund is capped at a maximum of $50 for projects valued up to this amount.
PROJECTS UP TO $1000 IN VALUE:
- For projects valued up to $1000, if you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund.
- The refund will be limited to the last month of work only, and is capped at a maximum of $500.
TERMINATION DURING ONGOING WORK:
- If a client wishes to halt the project in the midst of our work, we allow retention of up to 50% of the payment to compensate for our time and resources.
- The remaining amount, if already paid, will be refunded, up to a cap of $1000.
PROJECTS NOT INITIATED AFTER SIGNING:
- If we’ve formalized our agreement but haven’t commenced the work, and the client decides to terminate the project:
- A full refund will be provided if the termination request is made within 7 days of signing the agreement.
